Before we explain the Debt Settlement Process, dont you think it would be important to know the enrollment process as well? We do. Adding your debts into a debt settlement program isn't like buying lemonade from a stand. As a client, your role is important. In text given below, you'll find the first steps to becoming debt free with Debt-Negotiation-Services.
Debt Consultation
A debt consultation is the first step to enrolling in our debt settlement program, we're required to know and document your financial hardship (this also helps during the negotiation phase). Also we'll ask which state you reside in, in order to determine whether or not your debts must be settled by an attorney (by law). Depending on your state of residence we'll precede with the appropriate program which is either attorney, or non-attorney based debt settlement.
Debt Quote
Lets find out how much you owe to your creditors, numbers and figures don't have to be exact but the closer you are the more precise your quote. Why numbers don't have to be exact? When a client enrolls the first thing we do is pull their credit history to make sure your account numbers and amounts are exactly as quoted.
Budget Analysis
This is where we establish your monthly payment. It's important to know your average monthly income verse your debt in order to comfortably greet your budget. It's also good to know that if you miss a month your not penalized, however your program is extended an additional month.
Enrollment
Because your payments (towards the settlement of your debts) are made into a Federally Insured Bank, you (the client) must have a bank account where funds can be allocated towards your debt. So what's the difference between this bank, and any bank. Our bank serves one industry, that being debt settlement. Your creditors are very familiar with this bank, because unlike other banks your deposits can be viewed. This tells the creditor your working towards becoming debt free.
Congratulations
You're one step closer to becoming debt free, and paying off those credit card debts. Now that you're enrolled into our debt settlement program you will have viewable access to your new account on line where you can view the progress made throughout the course of the debt settlement program. You'll be contacted twice a month to keep you updated and informed, and you'll be assigned your own group of negotiators if not attorneys (depending on your state of residence).
